    1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cup milk
    1 cup almond meal
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    20 g whey protein powder (optional)
    2 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 stp baking powder


Mix all Ingredients together. I used a 1/3 cup measuring cup to scoop the batter into the pan.

Serving Size: Makes 8-9 pancakes
