Ingredients

    2 Tbs olive oil/canola oil
    2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbs real maple syrup
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp dijon mustard

Directions

add liquid ingredients to a small saucepan. bring to an easy boil. add garlic and mustard and mix in. turn off stove and immediately pour over bed of greens. dark leafy work best. I always use baby spinach. add walnuts and/or mandarin orange slices if you want to dress it up.
