Ingredients

1 cup cooked Lentils
1 cup cooked Bulgar Wheat
2 cups Ezekial 4:9 brand Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal
1 cup diced (small pcs) onion
1/2 cup diced (small pcs) green pepper (or carrots)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 T whole wheat flour, mixed with 2 T water.
1/2 cup water
Seasoning of your choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 - and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix first 6 ingredients, then the flour/water mixture. Mash/mix in the final 1/2 cup water, then make into patties. Arrange on baking sheet, and season each side with your favorite herb ... Italian, BBQ, Greek, etc. (This will also prevent the patties from sticking to the pan). Bake 15 minutes on each side.
Serving Size: Makes 8 large patties
