    3 boneless chicken breasts, seasoned with garlic, browned or grilled and cut into bite-size cubes
    1 package low sodium chicken Rice A Roni, prepared per package instructions
    4-5 broccoli crowns steamed
    1 can fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    4 T white cooking wine
    3 Cheese Blend - Vermont, Wisconsin and NY Sharp Cheddar


Layer first three ingredients in a baking dish. Combine soup and cooking wine and pour over top. Top with shredded cheese and back at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
