    Granulated Sugar, 0.67 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo
    Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp
    Flour, white, 1.33 cup
    Salt, 0.33 tsp
    vegetable oil, 5.33 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp


mix egg, sugar, vanilla and oil
add banana's and mix until smooth
add dry ingredients
mix for 4 min
spoon into greased or lined muffin tin
bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
