Introduction

Substituted apple sauce for 1 cup of oil and only 1.5 cups sugar instead of 2 cups. No cream cheese frosting. Substituted apple sauce for 1 cup of oil and only 1.5 cups sugar instead of 2 cups. No cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients

    Combine first eight ingredients and mix well. Combine dry ingredients and add to fruit mixture. Pour into 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    If desired, add cream cheese frosting.
