Quick prep time, and just simmer till the veggies are just firm. Quick prep time, and just simmer till the veggies are just firm.
Number of Servings: 12


    12 oz coarsly chopped cabbage
    15 oz onion of choince roughly chopped
    3 oz carrots sliced thin
    1 oz broccoli separated into small clusters
    8 oz zucchinni not peeled.
    10 oz fesh spinach
    dash of low sodium soy sauce
    4 bouillion cubes, either chicken or beef or some of each
    In a large pot, add water till ingredients are just covered
    Simmer till veggies reach the stage you prefer. Usually 20 minutes or less.


Simply add all ingredients to large pot and add water till the ingredients are just covered.

Bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes plus or minus depending on how you prefer your veggies to be cooked
