Ingredients

    8 oz Pork Tenderloin
    10 oz Mixed Vegetables, frozen,
    1 C White Rice, long grain
    1 Tbsp enova oil
    1 Tbsp Flour, white
    1/4 C Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

Cook rice according to directions. Cube and brown pork, remove from pan, add veggies, heat though. Mix oil and flour, blend to paste, add teriyaki sauce, microwave 30 seconds, return pork to pan. Stir, Add teriyaki blend, heat though, sauce will thicken.
