    Large can (28 oz) of Enchilada Sauce (I used red sauce)
    Corn tortillas
    Mexican Blend Cheese (shredded)
    Shredded chicken breast
    sliced olives


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

I coated each tortilla in the enchilada sauce. Once covered, I stuffed with shredded chicken and cheese. I placed in a greased baking dish.

Once you have used almost all of your sauce and filling, sprinkle cheese on top of enchiladas and extra sauce. Place in preheated over for 10-12 minutes.

Let cool on stove, sprinkle top with sliced olives.

I served with some refried beans. The beans are not included in the calorie count for this dish.
