    *Chicken - Great Value Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 16 oz (remove)
    *Bread Crumbs, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Egg white-large (1 egg white=38gms), 1 serving
    *All Natural Original PAM No Stick Cooking Spray, 0.27 gram
    *Albertson's Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Shredded, 0.5 cup
    *Stater Bro's Deli Thin Cuts - Baken Honey Ham (Water Added), 28 gram(s)
    *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 cup
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 6 tbsp


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 11x17 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place each chicken breast between 2 slices of
plastic wrap.
Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound to 1/4 inch
Place 1tbs of cheese and 1 slice of ham across the center of each flattened chicken breast.
Roll up chicken jelly roll style, starting with the short end. Place the chicken seam side down into the prepared dish. Brush with egg and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Season to your liking.
Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until the chicken is done.
In a sauce while chicken is baking, mix 1 can of condensed Cream of Chicken soup and 2/3c fat free sour cream. Mix well and simmer. Add water/spices to your desired thickness/flavor.
