Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    200g spaghetti,pappadelle or tagliatelli
    1 garlic clove,chrushed
    200g mushrooms (close cup,button any )sliced
    4 slices prosiciutto,chopped
    80 ml chicken stock
    80 ml cream
    sea salt
    ground pepper
    1tbsp parsley

    to serve
    grated parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese

Directions

cook the pasta al dente.
meanwhile cook the garlic and prosciutto in the olive oil for 3-4 min. add the mushrooms and cook for 4 min or until golden.add the stock and let it reduce by half,add the cream and simmer for 2 min.
drain the pasta,add to the sauce and toss to coat. season with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley. serve with grated cheese.
