Introduction

This is a very good recipe of my Mothers' and is very filling. We serve it with a fresh garden salad of romain lettous, baby spinich, sliced radishes, carrots, red delicous apples, light sprinkle of golden delicious rasins and quartered tomatoes! Ingredients

    1.5 Lbs. ground beef
    1 TBl. salt
    2 tsp/ black pepper
    1 stalk celery chopped
    cup chopped onion
    4 cloves garlic chopped
    10 medium green Bell Peppers, seeds removed

Directions

Remove tops of bell peppers and seeds, wash each pepper and invert on paper towels to remove as much water as possible.
Meanwhile, in lg. mixing bowel put all other ingredients and mix very well adding egg substitute 1/2 c. at a time.
Fill each bell pepper gently patting mixture in cavity. Be careful not to crack the pepper!
Bake in preheated oven at 360 degrees until done. Drain excess moisture from each pepper before serving.

Serving Size: 1 Bell Pepper Stuffed (Drain before Serving)
