    Avocados, 3 without skin and seeds
    Lime Juice,1 lime
    Sweet onions, raw, 0.5 cup, finely chopped
    1 Roma tomatoes, finely chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
    Pepper, red, 0.5 tsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp.
    Iceberg lettuce, 1 1/2 cup shredded


Scoop flesh from avocados, Mash with a fork and add lime juice, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well.
Add onions and tomatoes. Mix until combined. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Also good to add 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro.
Divide into 6 equal servings and plate with shredded lettuce and baked corn tortilla chips.
