Ingredients

3/4 lentils, rinsed
2 small sweet potatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 celery chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup quick cooking barely
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
1 tsp basil
salt
pepper
1 cup small peas, frozen.
Directions
saute veggies in oil. Add broth, water and season. Simmer 30 minutes. Add peas and heat through. Check seasoning.
