    16 oz Cream Cheese
    1 can Pumpkin
    1/4 Cup Sour Cream
    1 Cup Splenda
    2 eggs
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1 dash Salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together cream cheese, pumpkin, sour cream and splenda.

Mix in Eggs, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and salt.

Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees in a water bath.

Cool slowly in oven and transfer to refrigerator to cool completely before serving. Pie has a mousse-like consistency. Serve with a dollup of cool whip.

Serving Size: 8 pieces of a 9 or 10 inch pie
