Number of Servings: 12


    1 teaspoon vinegar
    1/4 cup rice milk
    2 cups gluten free all purpose flour
    1 cup wholefoods organic vegan white sugar
    2 tablespoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon organic vanilla extract
    3 medium fair trade bananas


1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9' square pan
2. Pour the vinegar into the rice milk and set aside
3. Mix all dry ingredients and set aside
4. Beat the oil, vanilla, and bananas
5. Slowly add the dry ingredients and the rice milk mixture to the dry ingredient until there are no lumps
6. Pour your mixture in the grease pan
**bake for approximately 40 minutes until the top or your banan bread is brown. Time may vary depending on the oven. To make sure your bread is done, poke a tooth pick your bread and see if it pulls out clean...if so, your bread is done! Happy vegan-gluten free- eating!
