    Dry ingredients:
    2 cups oats
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp all spice
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 scoops whey protein powder (I used vanilla, but you could use chocolate)

    Wet ingredients:
    3 small ripe bananas-sliced.
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 cup plain greek yogurt (0% fat)
    1/8 cup splenda
    1/8 cup maple syrup, honey brown sugar or sugar (I used maple syrup)


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 8x8 baking dish. Mix dry ingredients. Add bananas to dry ingredients and mix. Mix all other wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Pour into pan. Cover pan with foil. Bake 20 minutes. Remove foil. Bake another 20-25 minutes. enjoy hot, cold or at room temperature. If well covered, this will keep in the fridge for 1 week.
