Introduction

I am a vegetarian doing the HCG diet-so I don't add any meat-I will throw a handful of Tofu in to make it a complete meal. I am a vegetarian doing the HCG diet-so I don't add any meat-I will throw a handful of Tofu in to make it a complete meal.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 cups of sliced Napa Cabbage
    4 cups of vegetable broth
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 raw onion, chopped
    Seasoning to taste


Tips

This is very tasty and satisfying-for protein add chicken or tofu


Directions

Slice up cabbage in small pieces-this makes the soup easier to eat. As a time saver, feel free to use a bag of shredded cabbage
Chop Onion
I like to puree my canned tomatoes-I don't like big chunks.
Add any other vegetables allowed on HCG Phase 2
combine all with vegetable broth-simmer until cooked.

Serving Size: 1 big soup bowl.
