    4 oz chicken breast
    2 cups sliced zucchini
    2 cups spinach
    1 tsp EVOO
    10 halved cherry tomatoes
    whole wheat spaghetti


cook sliced chicken breast in pan w/cooking spray for 10 minutes. Saute 2 cups sliced zucchini in oil with spinach, tomatoes, and garlic, about 10 minutes. Toss with pasta.
