Serve over bed of mixed greens Serve over bed of mixed greens

    8 oz Rotisserie Turkey breast, skin removed and chopped
    2 stalks Celery, finely chopped
    2 med. Scallions, finely chopped
    6 Spanish Olives with Pimento, chopped
    6 pieces Marinated Artichoke Hearts, chopped
    1 tsp ground Sage or to taste
    .5 tsp No salt, herb seasoning or to taste
    1 tsp Paprika or to taste


Chop all ingredients into large bowl. Mix well. Chill for 1 hr, to let flavors blend. Serve over bed of mixed greens.
