This simple comfort food satifies without breaking the calorie bank! This simple comfort food satifies without breaking the calorie bank!
Number of Servings: 1


    Lean ground venison
    1/4 medium onion
    1 small to medium red potato
    About 5 teaspoons mustard, or to taste
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste


Cut potato into small slices. Slice onion into small strips, and saute in olive oil with the potato until the potato can be pierced with a fork. While the potato and onion are cooking, brown venison in separate skillet and drain fat. Rinse cooked meat and wipe skillet clean of additional fat. Return ingredients to the skillet and add mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
