    9 lasanga noodles
    2 cups salsa
    2 cups fat free refried beans
    1 pound lean ground beef
    cheese sprinkled on top is optional


-cook ground beef
-add refried beans and spices to the beef
-in a casserole dish: layer noodles, meat, noodles, meat and end with noodles
- mix salsa with one cupe of water and pour on top of the layers
-back at 350 for one hour
-sprinkle cheese on top and serve
