    2 lb extra lean ground beef
    4 cans kidney beans (2 light and 2 dark)
    1 lg onion chopped
    2 cans tomatoe paste
    6 cans water plus 2 cups (enough to just cover everything)
    Chilli powder to taste
    Garlic to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste


put meat and onions in skillet cook until done, drain off excess grease.
Put all ingrediants into a crock pot and let cook all day, about 7-8 hours. Stirring occasionaly.
