    1/3 cup House of Tsang Classic Stir-Fry Sauce
    1 whole chicken breast, skin and bones removed (about 10 ounces)
    Marrakesh Express CousCous Grande, 1 cup
    Great Value Asparagus Stir-Fry, 16 ounce bag
    Olive oil, 2 tablespoons divided
    Organic, Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 2╝ cups
    Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste


Cook couscous according to package directions, using one tablespoon olive oil and the chicken broth.

Meanwhile, heat remaining olive oil in saute pan or wok. Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder and cut into bite size pieces. Cook chicken in saute pan until cooked through. Remove chicken from pan, add frozen vegetables and cook until heated through. Add stir fry sauce and chicken to vegetables. Cover and keep warm until couscous is done. When couscous is done, add to chicken and vegetables and stir to mix well.
