Ingredients

    3.50 lbs. - Lean Ground Beef (96% Lean)
    3.5 cups - Water
    58 oz. - Tomato Sauce (2 large cans)
    46 oz. - Mild Chili Beans (1 large can & 1 small can)
    28 oz. - Petite Diced Tomatoes (1 large can)
    3.75 oz. - Mild Chili Seasoning Mix (3 packets)
    2 cups - Elbow Macaroni

Directions

Stove Top Instructions:
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet or dutch oven.
2. Stir in chili seasoning mix, distributing the mix evenly into the beef.
3. Combine tomato sauce, chili beans, diced tomatoes, and water in a large stock pot and stir.
4. Add browned ground beef mixture to liquid ingredients.
5. Bring to a slight boil, stirring occasionally.
6. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Add elbow macaroni and stir.
8. Simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
9. Serve into bowls to let cool slightly before enjoying (about 5 minutes).

Slow Cooker Instructions:
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet or dutch oven.

4. Add browned ground beef mixture to liquid ingredients in the slow cooker/crock pot.
5. Turn the slow cooker/crock pot on low and let cook for six hours (while you're at work, overnight, etc.).
7. Add elbow macaroni.
8. Let cook on low for an additional 30 minutes (or until dinner time).
9. Serve into bowls to let cool slightly before enjoying (about 5 minutes).
