Introduction

Ingredients

    - 3 Cups of Black Beans (1 26.5oz Can drained and rinsed)
    - 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    - 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
    - 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    - 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    - 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
    - 1 tsp Chili Powder
    - 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    - 3 pinches Kosher Salt

Directions

Drain and rinse the black beans and place them into your food processor equipped with the blade attachment. In a separate bowl, mix all the other ingredients. Add the mixture to the beans. Process for a minute or two until smooth and no whole beans are visible. Store in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
