    Chicken Tenders Tyson, 12 oz cut into 2" strips
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Ginger Root, 1 tbsp grated
    Pepper, red flakes or cayenne, 1/8 tsp
    Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Baby Carrots, raw, 4 medium cut into strips
    Vegetables California blend Bird's Eye, 2 cups
    Soy sauce lite La Choy, 1 tbsp
    Chicken Broth Low Sodium/Low Fat, 1.25 cup


Cook chicken in light olive oil just enough in pan not to burn chicken & set aside. Prepare all ingredients either in bowl or saucepan you plan to cook dish in & mix thoroughly. Add chicken & cook on high until boils, then reduce heat & simmer about 20 minutes or vegetables are done. Serve over brown rice.
