    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Avocados, Florida, .5 fruit without skin and seeds
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed
    Flour Tortillas, 4 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)


Dice and cook the chicken.
Put one tortilla in the bottom of a pie plate, layer some cheese and some of the ingredients. Add another tortilla, add the rest of the cheese and ingredients.
Bake at 350 farenhieght for 10-15 minutes

Serving size is 1/4 to 1/2 quesadilla. (I recommend 1/4 for a lunch, and half for a dinner if you're really hungry. Because of the cheese and avaocado, it is a little heavy on calories! I calculated this recipe based on a half quesadilla serving size because that is what I normally eat)
