Ingredients

    1/4 c (30 grams) Flax seed meal
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Hain Featherweight Baking Powder
    1 tsp Splenda granular sweetner
    1 Egglands Best Large Egg
    1 tsp heavy whipping cream
    1 TBS Chia Seeds

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in a Microwave safe cup. Add the egg and olive oil and mix well. Microwave for 1 minute.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Large Muffin
