Introduction

Ingredients

    2 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese
    1/4 cup Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk
    2 oz nonfat cream cheese,
    1 slice or 1 oz of Jarlsburg Light Sliced Cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir and repeat until a creamy consistency is achieved.

The vanilla gives the cheesy sauce a distinct flavor. You could substitute the vanilla soy milk with nonfat half & half or even fat free milk.

Also, add some lowfat cheddar for the beginnings of a Mac 'n Cheese.
