    4 slices Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Bread
    1 apple


1. Defrost frozen bread slices in the toaster on a low setting.

2. Peel apple, and shred or slice thinly.

3. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place bread on baking sheet.

4. Mist bread with cooking spray and pile apple on top of each slice.

5. Broil on low 6 minutes.

Can add chopped nuts before broiling, and can drizzle low fat yogurt, low fat whipped cream or frozen yogurt over the top (not included in nutritional values).

2 slices/serving.
