Ingredients

    1/4c sunflower seed butter

    1/4c chia seeds

    2T cacao powder

    2T PB2

    1T coconut butter

    1/4C unsweetened reduced-fat shredded coconut

    2T almond flour
    __________________________________________

    another 1/4c unsweetened reduced-fat shredded coconut to coat bars after slicing

Directions

combine all ingredients except final 1/4c shredded coconut. press into a small container lined with waxed paper and refrigerate to make slicing easier. Once sliced coat with that final 1/4c of coconut wrap individually in waxed paper.

store in refrigerator (or freezer). Keep cool with an ice pack for warm weather outings as they will get soft at warm temps.
