DELICIOUS WAY TO GET AWAY FROM ICE CREAM AND FROZEN YOGURT, LOTS OF FLAVOR. CAN USE AS THE YUMMY CENTER OF A FAKE ICE CREAM SANDWICH WITH GRAHAM CRACKERS! Ingredients

    Pumpkin, cooked, 2 cup, mashed (remove)
    dry sugar free fat free pudding mix, 1 serving (remove)
    *Cool Whip Lite, 2 serving (remove)


Directions

Combine the pumpkin and the dry pudding mix, mix well using a hand mixer. add 3 heaping spoons of cool whip lite and combine again.

put in a covered container and freeze. this has a lot of pumpkiny vanilly flavor, It is wonderful.

Put frozen mix on graham crackers for a fake ice cream sandwich.
