    2 skinless chicken breast
    1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
    1/2 stick unsalted butter
    3/4 nonfat milk
    salt and pepper to taste


boil chicken in 6 cups of water. take chicken out when chicken is fully cooked and shred. put butter in water an continue over heat. Mix Bisquick and milk and spoon drop in boiling water. mix chicken back in. salt and pepper to taste.
