    1 cup milk
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 dash tobasco
    1/2 tsp worchestershire

Directions

heat butter and flour for at least 1 minute to form a roux.

slowly add rest of ingredients. whisk until gravy boils.
