Introduction

Bit of colour, lovely texture, good for you, and ingenious! Bit of colour, lovely texture, good for you, and ingenious!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Chickpeas - 5 cups (pre cooked)
    Red Onion - small
    Garlic - one clove
    Dill weed - 2 tbsp
    Red Pepper Jelly - 3 tbsp
    Yellow Bell Pepper - one
    Oil - 2 tsp

Directions

Finely dice onions, garlic and peppers.. lightly sauteed in a pan, add dill weed, continue to cook for a few minutes, add chick peas and keep cooking until hot, add red pepper jelly and stir well to coat evenly. Done on a medium heat burner. That's it!

Serving Size: makes about 10 2/3 cup servings.
