    Basiclly - 6 servings of mealoaf from your favorite recipe.
    Jar Pasta Sauce - {any kind} 26 oz
    1 can of mushrooms (small)
    1 half of an onions (diced)
    1 half of a red sweet pepper (diced)
    1 half of a yellow pepper (diced)
    2 stalks of celery (finely diced)
    1 can of low-sodium Beef Broth (as needed)
    dash of cracked black pepper

    * 6 servings of Cooked Pasta (the thicker the sauce the heavier the pasta)

    *Recomendations for Pasta
    Thick sauce -Rigitoni, Penne,
    Medium sauce - Elbows, speghetti, bow ties
    Thin sauce, - Angel Hair Pasta or Thin speghetti


DIce onions, celery, peppers and set a side,

Open can of mushrooms and drain. Leave lid on and fill with water and rinse. Drain all exess water and set a side.

Take out left-over meatloaf , chop into cubes and microwave till heated through-out.

In a large frying pan set heat on med-high, add the olive oil. Allow for the oil to heat in the pan.

Heat oil just enough to the point of seeing bubbles in the pan.

Next, add all the vegetables and saute' until the onions and celery are translucent.(7-10 min). Add Cracked Black Pepper at this point.

Next add all the meat loaf and jar of pasta sauce.

Let sauce simmer for 2 minutes.

This is were the beef broth comes in. Add broth to thin sauce. If you want a thick sauce, just add a tablespoons, and for a thin sauce add untill the right consistency. Simmer again untill heated through-out

Taste sauce on a teaspoon, ajust spices at this time. Simmer 1 more minute.

In a large stock pot cook pasta as directed on package as the sauce is put together

Top cooked pasta with Bolognese Sauce and serve.

Recommendation- Serve green tossed salad with Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing.
