Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
2 cups (16 oz) greek yogurt
1/4 water
2 tbsp flax
one mashed banana
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tbsp chocolate chips
2 tbsp peanut butter chips
Can also add craisins.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients first. Whisk yogurt, eggs, and water and add to dry ingredients. Then add up to 1/2 cup milk to get desired consistency (more milk= thinner). Add walnuts, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, craisins, raisins, etc, to your taste. Pour onto preheated 350 degree griddle. Let bubble. Flip. Let set for a minute or so, and then remove from griddle. Enjoy with some apple butter or buckwheat honey, or whatever you wish to put on top.
