Introduction

A tasty meat and mushroom side dish, that can be prepared early in the day for supper when you get home.. A tasty meat and mushroom side dish, that can be prepared early in the day for supper when you get home..
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 porkchops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 n 1/2 cup water
    1 chopped onion
    2-3 cloves of diced garlic
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup beef broth

Directions

Put slow cooker on low.
Cut up onion, mushrooms and garlic.place half in bottom of slow cooker...
Place porkchops on top of onions, mushrooms and garlic then place the rest of the onions and garlic on top.
Place beef stock, cream of mushroom soup in another bowl and mix well...then pour over porkchops/onions /mushrooms/garlic already in slow cooker.
leave cook for 6-8 hours on low.
