Ingredients

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    4 tbsp minced garlic
    14oz bag frozen broccoli florets
1 bell pepper any color, sliced
    2 medium yellow onions, sliced
1 large head cabbage, cut into short strips
2 8oz cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 13.25oz can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1 cup dry roasted peanuts (I use Emerald w/sea salt)
3/4 cup Kikkoman preservative free stir-fry sauce
fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Heat oil, garlic, and stir-fry sauce in wok. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium-high heat, mixing occasionally for about 15 minutes or until vegetables have softened. Increase heat to high and cook, stirring frequently for about 10 minutes or until desired color is achieved. Cooking time varies based on wok and/or stove used so times are approximate.
