    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, 8oz
    Crushed Tomatoes, 14oz
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 32oz
    *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 14oz
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Parsley, .25 Cup
    *Cumin (ground), 1 Tlbsp


Brown meat. Saute onion garlic, peppers, mushrooms. Stir in remaining ingredients EXCEPT cilantro and parsley. cover and cook 20 min. Stir in cilantro and parsley simmer 10 min.
