Ingredients

    1/2 lb. Hot or Sweet sausage (casing removed)
    2 large bell peppers (red, green yellow) cut into strips
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 large garlic clove, crushed
    1 cup of dry white whine
    1/2 lb. whole wheat pasta
    Add little oil and flower to thicken if desired

Directions

Saute sausage in skillet over med-high heat until lightly brown, break up clumps (5 minutes)
Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic- saute until tender and golden brown (12 minutes) Add White wine. Summer until liquid is slightly reduced (6 minutes)

Cook linguine in boiling water until tender but firm to the bite- and drain. Add pasta to skillet and toss. Add parmigiana cheese, salt and pepper to taste. and a little but of flower and oil if desired for thickness.

    Incredible!
    This was quick and easy. Had a wonderful flavor! I used chardonay for the wine and also added some grape tomatoes sliced in half. - 7/22/11
