Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/3 cup of fine egg noodles or orzo
    1 cup of white rice
    2 2/3 cups of broth
    1/2 stick butter

Directions

in a saucepan melt the butter, add the orzo and brown it until it is toasty looking, add white rice and stir to coat each kernel with butter. Add broth, bring to simmer , cover, cook on low flame simmering 20minutes until rice is cooked. Fluff with fork and enjoy.

Serving Size: makes 10 1/2 cup servings
