Introduction

Ingredients

    4 teaspoon chili powder
    4 teaspoon ground paprika
    2 teaspoon onion powder
    2 teaspoon of garlic powder
    3/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
    2 teaspoon of salt
    3 - red peppers
    2 - green peppers
    6 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, trimmed of visible fat

Directions

Cut chicken breast into 1/4" or thinner strips. Cut the peppers into strips. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes, for flavors to blend.
Place chicken in oven safe dish and put it in the oven to cook at 400 for approx 10 minutes or until juices run clear. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
