    2 cups cooked/mashed butternut squash
    2 cups cottage cheese (low fat)
    1 cup frozen spinach
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup sweet onion minced
    jumbo pasta shells
    2 cups marinara sauce


Cook shells according to the box directions.
Mix all ingredients (except shells) together.
Stuff shells and cover with sauce.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes covered. Remove cover and bake for another 15 minutes.
