Very dense little breakfast biscuits that aren't too sweet, but yummy to eat. Very dense little breakfast biscuits that aren't too sweet, but yummy to eat.
Number of Servings: 40


    1 x 397g can condensed or evaporated milk
    250g rolled oats (not instant)
    75g shredded coconut
    100g dried cranberries
    125g mixed seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower)
    125g natural unsalted peanuts


Preheat oven to 130 degrees Celsius, and oil a 23x33x4cm baking tin (or use a throwaway foil one). Warm the condensed milk in a large pan. Meanwhile, mix all the other ingredients and then add to the warmed milk, using a rubber or wodden spatula to fold and distribute. Spread the mixture into the tin and press down with spatula or your hands to even out the surface. Bake for 1 hour, remove from oven and after about 15 mintues cut into 1.5" squares. Let cool completely.

Serving Size: Makes about 40 1.5" square servings (about 25g each)
