    3 slices Land O' Frost Canadian Bacon
    1 slice Kroger Fat Free Swiss Cheese
    1 Great Value hamburger bun
    1 egg white, fried
    1/2 wedge of Lauging Cow light cream cheese (any flavor)


Spray frying pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add egg white and cook until done, flipping once. In separate frying pan, over medium-high heat, brown 3 slices of Canadian bacon. Meanwhile, place hamburger bun in toaster. When all is done, spread cream cheese on bun, add egg, canadian bacon and a slice of fat free swiss cheese. Heat in microwave for 15 seconds to melt cheese. Enjoy!
