    2 Slices of Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Bread
    2 Slices of Kraft American Cheese Singles
    1 sprays or Margarine, or 2 teaspoons of margarine


1. Spray or spread margarine on each piece of bread
2. Place margarine side of bread face-down on a med-heat skillet.
3. Place both slices of cheese inbetween bread
4. Cook until bread is goldren brown or cheese is melted
