Ingredients

    (8 oz) package neufchatel
    3/4 cup reduced fat parmesan style topping
    1/2 cup margarine
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    1-2 cloves garlic
    (13.25 oz) wheat pasta

Directions

In a large saucepan melt butter, and add garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add milk, stir and cook for a few minutes until warm. Add cut up cream cheese and parmesan a little at a time so the sauce doesn't get lumpy. Stir constantly until smooth. Toss cooked pasta lightly with sauce.
