    Ground Turkey, 2 lbs
    Rolled Oats, 1.5 cup
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long), chopped fine
    Onions, raw, 1 small, chopped fine
    Ketchup, 1/2 cup
    Eggs, 2 large, slightly beaten
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 Tbsp
    Bragg's Liquid Amino - 3 Tbsp
    Sage, ground, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Tarragon, ground, 1 tsp
    Marjoram, dried, 1 tsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp


Preheat oven to 400.
Combine turkey, salt, & herbs.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Shape into a loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes to an hour, till the top edges are nicely browned. Let stand 5-10 minutes before slicing.
